Greetings, I'm Coach LaShana, also known as Shana, your real estate professional from Atlanta, Georgia.
I am the CEO of Paradigm Realty and an Associate Broker for Prestige Brokers, with a focus on helping my students excel in real estate. 4. How long does it take to complete the program?The program typically takes around 3-6 months to complete, depending on your pace and schedule. This includes the time required to complete the prelicense course and pass the state exam.

What kind of support will I receive after completing the program?After completing the program, you’ll be supported by Paradigm Realty for one year, during which you’ll receive training, mentorship, and broker support to help you launch and grow your real estate career.

Can I work part-time while enrolled in the program?Yes, the program is designed to be flexible. While full-time commitment will allow you to complete the program more quickly, you can certainly work part-time and progress at your own pace.

What are the payment options for the program?You can choose to pay the full $4995 program fee upfront, split the payment into two installments, or use Klarna’s "Buy Now, Pay Later" option to finance your enrollment.
