I am Coach LaShana, also known as Shana, an experienced real estate agent in Atlanta, Georgia.
Being the CEO of Paradigm Realty and an Associate Broker at Prestige Brokers, I am devoted to assisting my students in achieving success in the real estate sector. My journey started in accounting after graduating from Tuskegee University, where I gained 18 years of experience in the field. After completing the program, you’ll be supported by Paradigm Realty for one year, during which you’ll receive training, mentorship, and broker support to help you launch and grow your real estate career.
What are the payment options for the program?

You can pay the full $4995 program fee upfront, split the payment into two installments, or use Klarna’s "Buy Now, Pay Later" option to finance your enrollment.
How do the two payment installments work?

If you choose to pay in two installments, the first payment of $3,000 is due upon enrollment, and the second payment of $2,995 is due in 6 weeks. This option allows you to spread out the cost while securing your spot in the program.
What is Klarna’s "Buy Now, Pay Later" option, and how does it work?
