LaShana “Shana” Middleton is a seasoned real estate professional with 25 years of experience and a passion for helping others achieve homeownership. Originally from Dublin, Georgia and now based in Atlanta, she is the broker and owner of Paradigm Realty in Georgia and South Carolina, and an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty.

A graduate of Tuskegee University and a former healthcare accountant, Shana transitioned into real estate to create more flexibility as a wife and mother. That decision sparked a deep commitment to first-time buyers—guiding them through the process with education, patience, and care. Her expertise and heart have made her one of Georgia’s most respected real estate professionals.

She leads seminars, credit workshops, and consultations designed to help buyers improve their financial standing and navigate the path to ownership. As a broker, she also trains agents on using seminars to generate leads and build sustainable businesses, while managing all phases of residential development from deal analysis to project completion.

Internationally, Shana is making major moves through Paradigm Global, where she mentors a team of over 100 agents focused on Dominican Republic real estate. Together, they’ve sold over 500 units in under three years, and Shana continues to shine. She’s able to show an individual what’s possible where they thought impossible!

Shana is also the Executive Director of Paradigm Homeownership Initiative, a nonprofit dedicated to eliminating barriers to homeownership through education and financial assistance. Each year, she sponsors at least 50+ families with school supplies, uniforms, and holiday gifts.

Married for 28 years and a proud mother of three, Shana has built a business that gives her the freedom to focus on what matters most—her family, her community, and producing happiness in every space she touches.
