LaShana, also known as Shana, is a real estate professional from Atlanta, Georgia by way of Dublin, GA who is passionate about her field. She is the CEO of Paradigm Realty and an Associate Broker for Prestige Brokers, with a focus on helping first-time home buyers. Shana’s experience spans 18 years in real estate with an early career in accounting after graduating from Tuskegee University. She holds several professional designations and is a member of various real estate organizations such as National Board of Realtors, National Association of Real Estate Brokers and Dekalb Board of Realtors to name a few. 

 

Shana has always been a go-getter and trailblazer so the success she has experienced in international real estate is no surprise. Over the past two years, she has made her mark in the Dominican Republic. Her team has grown to 100 agents collectively selling over $18 million in real estate. In her first month in the Dominican Republic, Shana personally sold 10 properties!

 

Real estate has always been about the people for Shana which includes real estate agents in need of guidance. As a speaker and mentor, she shares her knowledge and experience to educate and support agents in their journey of growing their own real estate business. In addition to her professional pursuits, Shana also uses her love for real estate to support charitable efforts by sponsoring 20 families with school supplies, uniforms, and Christmas gifts annually. 

 

Shana is a wife of 20 years and mother of three. Real estate has afforded her the luxury of time. More time with her family and more time to make a difference in the lives of others where producing happiness is the main focus.
